KARISMA is a second-generation custom design builder with strong ties in the Niagara region since the

early 1970s.

It all originated high in the mountains of San Pietro in Valle, Italy, where Filippo Fraraccio began carving out his journey as a master mason bringing with him his old-world style, artisan craftsmanship, and work ethic to Canada in 1967. Today, his son Fred Fraraccio, President of KARISMA Build Group Inc., and his wife Shawna, lead professional designer, are proud to carry on Filippo's legacy with passion and originality. These days, you can even find Fred and Shawna's young boys working alongside their father on the job site learning the ropes and getting life-lasting experience in construction and building.

Fred prides himself on being a real hands-on builder, working on site alongside all the skilled and hand-picked trades throughout the entire build. By doing so, he ensures that every detail requested by you is completed to exacting standards.

Shawna Fraraccio

Lead Designer

Shawna works with you throughout the entire build offering experienced and unique design help in selecting exterior and interior products, styles, and colours. The end result is a home that comes together with purpose and a pure sense of balance and harmony.
