KARISMA is a second-generation custom design builder with strong ties in the Niagara region since the early 1970s.
It all originated high in the mountains of San Pietro in Valle, Italy, where Filippo Fraraccio began carving out his journey as a master mason bringing with him his old-world style, artisan craftsmanship, and work ethic to Canada in 1967. Today, his son Fred Fraraccio, President of KARISMA Build Group Inc., and his wife Shawna, lead professional designer, are proud to carry on Filippo's legacy with passion and originality.

Fred Fraraccio
President
Fred prides himself on being a real hands-on builder, working on site alongside all the skilled and hand-picked trades throughout the entire build. Having successfully completed his Masters in Forensic Sciences, Fred applies those same thorough and systematic principles to KARISMA Homes from its early beginnings nearly 2 decades ago. By doing so, he ensures that every detail requested by clients and homeowners is completed to exacting standards.
Shawna Fraraccio
Lead Designer
Having over 2 decades of professional design experience and a colour palette like no other, Shawna works with you in selecting exterior and interior design options. Through her use of unique visual design boards and enhanced graphic design options, the end result is a home that truly comes together with purpose and a pure sense of balance and harmony.
